About the role

National Reconstruction & Resilience Authority is advertising the post of Director - Strategy, Policy & Planning.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the role leads NaRRA's strategic planning, policy development, public-private partnership, monitoring and evaluation, enterprise risk management and business continuity functions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead strategic and operational planning and translate Government priorities and Cabinet decisions into policies, programmes and implementation arrangements.
  • Oversee programme planning, investment prioritisation, research, analysis and preparation of decision-support materials.
  • Direct public-private partnership opportunity assessment and strategic investment planning.
  • Oversee monitoring, evaluation, performance reporting, enterprise risk management and business continuity.

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Sector Management, Development Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Ten years' progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, public policy, development planning, public investment, programme planning, monitoring and evaluation or a related field.
