About the role

National Reconstruction & Resilience Authority is advertising the post of Director - Programme Management & Delivery.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Delivery, Operations & Performance, the role leads and coordinates the planning, implementation, monitoring and delivery of NaRRA's approved reconstruction and resilience programmes.

What you’ll do

  • Translate approved reconstruction priorities into structured programmes, implementation plans
  • Lead programme implementation across housing, infrastructure and economic recovery.
  • Establish programme governance, controls, performance monitoring, dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies and constraints and recommend corrective interventions.

  • Master's degree in Programme Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Development Studies, Infrastructure Management, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Ten years' progressively responsible experience in programme management, project delivery, infrastructure implementation, public investment, reconstruction, development programmes or a related field with
