About the role

National Reconstruction & Resilience Authority is advertising the post of Director - Procurement & Contract Management.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Delivery, Operations & Performance, the role leads NaRRA's public procurement, sourcing, contract management and supplier performance functions in support of reconstruction and resilience programmes.

What you’ll do

  • Develop procurement strategies, annual plans, policies, procedures, standards and controls.
  • Direct tendering, evaluation, contract award and procurement quality-assurance processes.
  • Establish contract-management systems and oversee supplier and contractor performance, variations, claims and disputes.
  • Manage procurement compliance, risk, integrity assurance, performance reporting and market engagement.

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification such as IMPRI, CIPS, ISM, CPSM, CPPB or equivalent.
  • Ten years' progressively responsible experience in public procurement, commercial management, contract administration, supply chain management or a related field.
