About the role

National Reconstruction & Resilience Authority is advertising the post of Director - Field Operations.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Delivery, Operations & Performance, the role leads and coordinates NaRRA's field operations, site activities, community recovery support, logistics and field assurance functions.

What you’ll do

  • Develop field operations plans, deployment schedules, operating procedures and readiness arrangements.
  • Direct site activities, contractor mobilisation, work sequencing, access and field implementation across programme locations.
  • Coordinate community recovery support, local stakeholder concerns, logistics, transportation, equipment and field resources.
  • Establish systems for monitoring field progress, construction quality, safety, environmental compliance and corrective action.

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Disaster Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Eight years' progressively responsible experience in field operations, project implementation, construction management, logistics, disaster recovery or a related area.
