About this Role

At Digicel, we are looking for energetic, people-focused individuals who aren't afraid to get out into their communities, start conversations, and help customers find the right mobile solutions for their needs.

As a FOTS Agent, you'll be on the front line of our business, connecting Jamaicans to the products and services that keep them connected every day. Whether it's signing up new customers, Selling Digicel Mobile products and services, which include Prepaid SIM Cards, Postpaid SIM Cards, Porting, Recharge and Devices

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting customers in communities and neighborhoods across your assigned area.
• Promoting and selling Digicel mobile products and services, including SIM cards, mobile devices, postpaid plans, prepaid services, top-ups, and number porting.
• Building relationships with potential customers and converting opportunities into sales.
• Helping customers understand the products and services best suited their needs.
• Achieving and exceedingly daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Completing customer applications and sales documentation accurately.
• Maintaining accurate records of prospective customers and completed sales.
• Safeguarding company stock, devices, and cash collected during sales activities.
• Responding professionally to customer questions and concerns.
• Delivering outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
