About the role

Assists with the maintenance of the Valuation Roll and undertakes the valuation of properties as requested by other ministries, departments, and agencies.

Posts: West Region - 1 post - Vacant; South Region - 4 posts - Vacant; South East Region - 2 Posts - Vacant. The successful candidates will report to the Senior Valuation Surveyor. Remuneration Package: Salary Range $2,803,771.00 - $3,770,760.00 Per Annum. Detailed information about these positions can be accessed from the Agency's website at www.nla.gov.jm.   • Diploma Land Economy and Valuation Surveying, or similar qualification, with a minimum of five (5) years post diploma experience working in the field of valuations.
  • B.Sc. Real Estate Management and valuation (formerly Land Economy and Valuation Surveying) or a similar qualification in the field of Estate Management/Valuation, at the B.Sc. level
