About the role
Reporting the Senior Customer Service Officer, the Client Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. The position is responsible for processing customer transactions including customer deposits and withdrawals, as well as respond to customer queries.

- At least two (2) years related experience.
Knowledge, skills & competences
- Experience processing financial transactions and maintaining records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Banking Software Systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and demands.
