About the role

Reporting to the Director Programme Management & Delivery, the role leads the planning, coordination and monitoring of NaRRA's infrastructure reconstruction, recovery and resilience programmes.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and coordinate infrastructure sector plans, schedules, milestones, resources and performance indicators.
  • Lead implementation and monitor delivery against approved scope, schedules, budgets and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, utilities, regulators, Government entities and communities.
  • Monitor engineering quality, environmental, safety and resilience requirements and recommend corrective action.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Public Works Administration, Urban Development or a related discipline.
  • Eight years' progressively responsible experience in infrastructure development, reconstruction, engineering management, construction management, public works delivery or a related field.
