About the role

Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Services, the role leads and oversees NaRRA's ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, digital governance and technology services to maintain secure, resilient, integrated and scalable systems.

What you’ll do

  • Manage enterprise networks, cloud environments, applications, communication systems and end-user computing.
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity governance, monitoring, risk assessment and information security controls.
  • Lead ICT continuity, backup, disaster recovery and incident-response arrangements.
  • Oversee ICT support services, system performance, service standards and technology upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Seven years' experience in ICT operations, systems administration, cybersecurity or enterprise technology management.
  • At least three years' experience at supervisory or management level.
