About the role

Reporting to the Manager HR & Workforce Development, the role provides specialist technical, analytical and operational support for HR management, workforce planning, organisational development and employee management systems.

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee placement and workforce administration.
  • Support workforce planning, organisational development and capability-strengthening initiatives.
  • Administer performance management, appraisal, succession and workforce-resilience activities.
  • Support employee relations, staff engagement, training and workforce communication.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Organisational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Five years' experience in human resource management, workforce administration, organisational development or a related HR function.
