About the role

National Reconstruction & Resilience Authority is advertising the post of Director - Finance.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role leads NaRRA's financial planning, fund administration, budgeting, expenditure management, disbursement, accounting and financial reporting functions.

What you’ll do

  • Establish financial governance policies, internal controls and stewardship arrangements.
  • Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, resource mobilisation, cash and commitment management.
  • Oversee expenditure, disbursement, accounting records, reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate statutory and funding-partner reporting, audits, corrective actions and continuous audit readiness.

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Financial Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline; OR a recognised equivalent professional accounting designation.
  • Ten years' progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, financial management, fund administration, public financial management, treasury management or a related field.
