About the role

Wynx876 Beauty is advertising the post of Client Relations and Studio Assistant.

Wynx876 Beauty is seeking a warm, organized and dependable Client Relations and Studio Assistant to help deliver an exceptional client experience and keep our beauty studio running smoothly. This hands-on role combines client care, scheduling and daily studio support.

Regular studio hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 9 AM-5 PM. Compensation: JMD 75,000-100,000 per month (depending on experience). Send your CV or resume, a brief introduction and your availability.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome clients, assist with check-in and checkout, and create a professional, inviting experience.
  • Manage appointments and coordinate the schedules of three stylists.
  • Respond to WhatsApp inquiries, confirm appointments and communicate booking updates clearly and courteously.
  • Assist with studio cleaning, tidying and opening and closing routines.
  • Monitor inventory and flag supplies that need replenishing.
  • Support stylists with daily studio needs and help appointments run smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

  • A friendly, welcoming manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities.
  • Reliability, initiative and a professional appearance and approach.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy studio.
  • Confidence using WhatsApp and appointment scheduling tools.
  • Experience in beauty, salons, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.

Schedule and Availability

Regular studio hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. The final appointment may begin at 5 PM, and the studio closes once that appointment is completed.

Flexibility is essential. You must be available to occasionally start earlier, finish later or work on a day the studio would normally be closed, according to appointment needs.

Compensation

JMD 75,000–100,000 per month (depending on experience). Additional hours will be compensated in accordance with applicable requirements.
