About the role

AlphaOne Service Centre is advertising the post of Accounting Clerk.

What you’ll do

  • Process supplier invoices and match purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Prepare payment schedules and record accounting transactions.
  • Maintain supplier records and track payments.
  • Assist with bank and supplier reconciliations.
  • Resolve discrepancies and maintain financial records.
  • Prepare reports and support audits.

  1. 1 year’ relevant experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years' accounting or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
