The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is a self-financing Jamaican government agency established by Act of Parliament on 21 March 1968 to drive strategic urban and rural development.

It combines public authority and resources with private-sector expertise to deliver large-scale development projects, and manages a group of subsidiaries and attractions including Dunn's River Falls, Green Grotto Caves, Reach Falls and several beaches and commercial centres.
