The Integrity Commission is a Commission of Parliament established under the Integrity Commission Act, 2017, in force from 22 February 2018.
It consolidated the former Office of the Contractor General, the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption and the earlier parliamentary Integrity Commission.
Its mandate is to prevent, detect, investigate and prosecute corruption, monitor government contracts, and educate the public on anti-corruption.
